Disclaimer: Every effort is made possible to make sure your painted item comes out from firing looking fantastic but on the odd occasion small defects can occur which include pits in the glaze, air bubbles or small bits on the pottery. These slight faults are out of our control when it happens due to the chemical reactions that take place when the items are fired. Due to lack of facilities we can only hold uncollected/unfinished items for a maximum of 3 months. After this time they will then be disposed of.
